I have to say there is a real buzz about doing demos as a SBN Husband and Wife team.
The Crowd loves Helen and the way she gets them going in the ladies self defence routine.
It looks like I'm really being choked there doesn't it? Thats because I am.

If anyone who doesn't know the staff sparring routine and thinks its "put on", take a look at the bend in SBN Helen's staff that is forcing me back into a roll.
