We both started kuk sool won on the same day and with his band commitments and moving house over the years he has taken lots of time out - up to 8 years in one stint - he came back with a vegence 2 years ago and began from the beginning. Within no time at all his memory came back and his instructor allowed him to fast track back to brown belt where he left off. This was great news and meant that he would get his black belt sooner.
Congratulations Matt, it only gets better from here on!
