Helping others to help yourself

I can honestly say that I've heard a lot of instructors at Lowestoft and Halesworth Kuk Sool Won schools talking about this subject.

I've found that by helping other students in Kuk Sool I've found more motivation for my own training. Seeing their desire to learn more has enhanced my own desire to push on and train harder, study longer and put even more effort into planning my classes.

I also remember JIKJN Martin saying that after the Black Belt grading on 27th February he was motivated to get training harder himself! Praise indeed.

May I take this opportunity to congratulate everyone who took part in the grading on 27th Feb as it was rather a tough but fair one! You all put in 110% and did yourselves and your instructors proud. Well done.

We have a coloured belt grading coming up at the end of this month and you can feel the buzz in the school as everyone is practising hard in classes ready to be tested.

I love kuk sool and I love the spring time coming with the sunny days and longer evenings it warms my soul that summer is coming and an end to the horrible dark cold winter.

We need more practice - Kuk Sool !!
